Abstract:
The present investigation was conducted with aim to assess the effect of plant growth regulators and micro-nutrients on growth, fruiting behaviour and yield of Aonla. The present investigation was carried out during two consecutive years (Y1=2015-16 & Y2=2016-17) and pooled analysis was also carried out. The present investigation revealed that maximum fruit set %, fruit retention, fruit length, fruit width, fruit yield was recorded in treatment T10 {GA3 (50 ppm) + NAA (50 ppm)} followed by in T9 {GA3 (25 ppm) + NAA (25 ppm)} and T12 {Borax (0.75%) + ZnSO4 (0.75%)} during both the years and in pooled analysis. However minimum fruit drop % was also calculated in treatment T10 {GA3 (50 ppm) + NAA (50 ppm)} during both the years and in pooled analysis.
